Came into the store for a pair of shoes for our daughter but they didn’t have her size in stock. Christian went out of his way by asking questions in regards to her size, her style and even provided us with color options. He assured us that he could get us what we were asking for in less than 5 days. He asked if we would like to have them delivered to the store or our home. We chose the store and during the shipping process he stayed in contact with me every step of the way. They arrived in just a couple of days. He was very informative and knowledgeable.
