We have been involved with Enchanted Living for approximately one year. They care for my Mother with dementia. We have been completely pleased with her care. They have loving and capable employees, more than enough to give everyone who lives in the home complete personal care. The owner and director are involved daily in many hands on situations. I highly recommend Enchanted Living for the care involved with your loved one. We feel lucky to have found them.

I cannot say enough about Enchanted Living. Dr. Dacosta, Danielle, and Sam were a God send for our family. Although our mom's stay at Enchanted Living was short lived, the love, care, and support she received is beyond any care. This facility takes pride in ensuring all clients are cared for, fed well, and loved. Staff goes above and beyond to ensure all members needs are met. Had we known about Enchanted Living when mom's journey began nine months ago, she would have been placed there without question. The support Dr. Dacosta, her family, and staff gave us when mom started her transition was beyond any support our family was given. Five stars is not enough to rate this facility. God placed Enchanted Living in our lives for a reason, and for that I am forever grateful for this beautiful family. Thank you to all of you for loving our mom.

Regarding my Mom’s transition into this home filled with caring professionals & love: Dr DaCosta & staff have been amazingly helpful, supportive and effective in helping initiate hospice and get my Mom where she needs to be with the care she requires & deserves, Thank You sincerely!!

The experience we had at Enchanted Living of New Mexico was extraordinary. All of the staff were compassionate, caring, gentle, attentive and focused on providing quality care to each individual in their care. The food prepared daily was nutritious and varied. The premises were clean and tidy. The inside of the facility was always clean and smelled nice. The staff was available for us to process our concerns and treated us with love and kindness. I highly recommend Enchanted Living of New Mexico to anyone in need of Memory Care or Assisted Living.

Realization that your loved one's care is beyond what can be managed at home brings with it a myriad of difficult considerations ranging from emotional to financial. When physical condition is coupled with mental decline, it is especially challenging for family and caregivers. Finding the right fit is critical. Enchanted Living of NM respected their resident's humanity, vulnerability and the adjustments and challenges ahead of them. Family and friends are welcomed and at home during regular visits and special attention for holidays and celebrations is amazing, not to mention the cleanliness of the facility. Knowing Danielle, Dr. D. and staff were there 24/7 for our loved ones when we couldn't be, including through mom's transition, provided indescribable peace of mind for which I am forever grateful.
