I had such an amazing time celebrating my 45th birthday NyDia and some amazing friends. She was so patient with me and the energy was amazing. I will definitely be going again so I can loosen up this stiffness, build confidence and will be sharing with others. Thank you for an amazing experience.

NyDya is such a sweet person and wonderful instructor. She has been patient with me, but also challenged me, and she celebrates every win alongside you. I have so enjoyed taking classes with her and highly recommend her if you’re looking to learn aerial arts in a fun atmosphere!

I had the best time at HypnotQ Island!! I went to my first class last Thursday and absolutely loved it. You don’t have to have any experience, just a goddess attitude! Highly recommend trying, she is a fantastic instructor and a wonderful soul. Seriously, just come! You’ll love it.

I had such an amazing class with Nydya! She is very professional, energetic and hands on! The class was extremely fun and I definitely learned a lot! I can’t wait to go back! If you are questioning if you should the answer is YES definitely go, you won’t regret it at all!

I was nervous going in because I can be a little shy but Nydya made me feel so comfortable. I genuinely had so much fun and am excited to do it again.
