Not thrilled with the service - it looked nice from the outside but when I got in, not so much. I paid for an interior detail and many things were overlooked. The guy working this morning was all by himself and he was working really hard. I’m bummed that I paid $160 for my car to look this way when I got it back. I’d call someone, but it is really hit or miss in terms of if someone answers the phone (or responds to voicemail).

Oh my gosh, THEY DID AMAZING! My brother's 2014 Silverado looks brand new! We got the seats shampooed and an interior detailing for $200. It smells SO GOOD INSIDE! It took about 9 hours so we dropped it off before work. We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on! (The photos don't do it justice, it's sparkling)

What an amazing experience! Saying my car was a disaster before bringing it in would be an understatement. So I opted to go with the Ultimate Detail Plus package in hopes to get it looking halfway decent again. I brought it in at 9am expecting it to probably take all day. At 4:30pm Troy called me and explained he was still having trouble working on a massive stain that was on the front passenger seat. I knew it would be a problem because the stain was deep and over 5 years old. He politely asked if he could keep it overnight to let it soak and to work on it again in the morning. Of course I said yes. Let me tell you, when I saw my car the next day it was a whole new vehicle. The stain was practically gone, only being able to be seen if you really looked hard. I was shocked at how much he was able to get out. Of course the rest of the car looked incredible too. He was even nice enough to walk out to it with me and go over a few things, even getting me a piece of plastic to drive home on my seat since it was still a little damp too. I will definitely recommend Touch Up to friends and bring my other cars here when they need it!

Great customer service and they provide great quality. I didn't have to go back to ask them to wipe an area on my truck or see something on the inside of my vehicle that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. They are thorough and pay attention to detail. They detail your vehicle as if it was theirs. Let's not forget the friendly conversation they have with customers as you wait. They make you feel as if you are family!

I brought my fiance's car for a full detail. I will tell you his car was filthy from years of beach days and having two kids and a shedding dog. It was all types of messy. They did an AMAZING job!! It was like nothing was never in the car. They cleaned every nook and cranny. The crevices of the seats were cleaned, the sides.... EVERYTHING! It was definitely worth the cost. The owner is such a gentleman and polite!
