Always a wonderful experience. This boutique has beautiful clothing and jewelry. The owner is awesome. She also holds events here for women. The atmosphere is always positive, upbeat and consumed with a sweet aura. I always purchase something the items are so unique. This Saturday I purchased 2 awesome Christmas gifts for a very dear friend one was a mug that has SHE eo and the other an umbrella in a case that looks like a wine bottle. I have been going to Shimmy Sisters for approximately 7 years and have a great time each visit. Definitely girlie girl!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE

The Boutique by Shimmy Sista ownen by Glenna Cush is one of the Best locations for clothing for the curvy woman and accessories in Columbia, Maryland. This space not only has unique great quality clothing, but also a great atmosphere that is warm and inviting, and keeps you coming back not just to shop but for conversation! Glenna is also a Great mentor to many other small business owners, like myself and gives unselfishly of her time and expertise to many seeking her guidance!

This boutique is FANTASTIC and FABULOUS! Fashion for the full figure!! Beautiful and unique clothing for plus size / curvy women. Gorgeous selections and reasonable prices, too. Worth the trip (and a lifesaver for a fashion emergency!!) Thank you Glenna for your help today! ❤️

My Belly Dancing class went to ShimmySista yesterday for a field trip. There were about 10 of us. We had fun, we tried on outfits, and the owners helped in every way they could. Think of 10 women in a shop talking all at once and trying on dance outfits. I left first and found out my cell phone was not working. I was in a lost land as I don't travel to Columbia much. I drove back to the store in a panic, and Glenna, the owner was there and gladly escorted me to a place where I could get to the beltway. The class had a wonderful time and the staff was beyond helpful. I am beyond grateful Glenna went out of her way to help me. I will definitely recommend ShmmySista to all my belly dance friends.
