Very, very knowledgeable. Always looking out for the clients and following through, friendly, gives good advice and breaks down things to make things simple. I’ve worked with Greg for about 2 1/2 - 3 years just trying to find the right place. Greg knows his stuff. As a new homebuyer, found something at 370, Greg ran the comps, found out they we’re charging to much and made an awesome deal. If this didn’t work out, he had a plan B. What realtor does this? He’s the best., will recommend him to anyone. Couldn’t have had a better experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Yalonda Harvin. As someone with over 10 years in property management, I found the process to be unprofessional and lacking transparency. I submitted all required documentation promptly and remained proactive in following up to ensure the application process moved smoothly. However, I received little to no communication regarding the status of my application. Instead, I later discovered only after reaching out myself that another applicant had been approved while my application was still in progress. Based on my industry experience, especially working with voucher holders, applicants should be given a fair and timely opportunity to complete the process. Unfortunately, I was not afforded that opportunity. There was no clear communication early on about competing applications or any potential concerns, which led me to believe my application was moving forward in good standing. The lack of follow-up and transparency was extremely frustrating and, at minimum, reflects poor professional standards. Clear and timely communication could have prevented this entire situation.
