I had a fantastic experience working with April Contee on my recent property purchase in Prince George’s County, MD. From start to finish, April was exceptionally diligent and responsive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She anticipated any potential issues and provided solutions before they became problems. April’s local knowledge and expertise made me feel confident in every decision, and she was always available to answer my questions. I highly recommend April to anyone looking for a real estate agent who genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to get the best results.

We are so lucky to have had April Contee as our real estate agent for finding our new home in Washington DC. She made our first home buying experience easy, seamless, and professional. She knew the exact questions to ask about potential properties, and knew what deals to strike to get a good and fair price. I cannot recommend April and EXQ Real Estate enough, and I am excited to return the next time I have real estate needs!
