The experience was nice. Our host, not so much. I booked a candle session for my wife on her birthday. Our host made us feel rushed and she was in her phone the the whole time until a heterosexual couple came in. She gave them smiles, other fragrances that were not on the table, coffee beans as a palette cleanser, and even took their picture. My wife and I got none of that! We also learned that supplies were limited. She took the supplies off our table for the other couple without even asking if we were done on more than one occasion. I also hated how we could only pick 1 fragrance for all 4 candles. If it’s a Duo Experience, we need Duo candles too. Needless to say, I hate we wasted over $100 for this experience and we will NOT be back. UPDATE!!! After the owner responded with a message that you see below, I attempted to reach out and reschedule for another experience and she said that she would And apologized for the service we did NOT receive. Needless to say, she never Fulfilled the request and actually ignore ignored my message for over 2 weeks. I then sent her a message asking if I could be refunded a week ago and I still have yet to hear anything from the owner.

We found this excellent candle making class via Groupon. The communication from the owner was superb. During our session, Desiree and Kaylise ? ( pronounced Kelis) were excellent as well. They offered refreshments. The facilities were clean and fun. The candles were high quality and luxurious. There were a variety of fragrances to select to mix your candle. You also have the option to decorate the candle. The timing was efficient too and we received all that we needed. Parking was ample and free. Highly recommended!

I had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made the entire candle-making experience so much fun and took the time to answer all of our questions. The atmosphere was beautiful, the process was easy to follow, and everything was organized perfectly. You can really tell they care about giving their customers a great experience. Overall, it was a 10/10 from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back and try the perfume making experience next. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and unique outing!

My friend and I had a great experience making personalized candles at Simply Naked! Parking was free, the building was easy to access, the decor is adorable, fun vibes, and Desiree treated us to a private candle making class, complete with a delicious mocktail and truffle popcorn. Would definitely come again and bring more friends!

My wife and I had an amazing experience! Troy was very helpful and made sure the atmosphere was set for a perfect birthday/date night. Highly recommend everyone to try because we will definitely be back!
