Lorielle is super personable and knowledgeable, and she is also brilliant with marketing and negotiation. We met her at an open house at the end of 2021, she helped us buy a house in 2022, and she helped us sell that same house in 2026. It was only on the market for 4 days before going under ratified contract. As someone who has experienced her services on both the buyer and seller end, I can confidently say that she easily adapts to any situation and is able to effectively and enthusiastically advocate for her clients, regardless of which end they're on. She thinks outside the box, maximizes results, and takes all the logistical anxiety out of the equation for her clients. She made both processes feel stress-free, and I am so thankful to her for that. I highly trust and recommend her as a realtor.

Lorielle Akintunde is the epitome of all the things a real estate agent should be and this is a very hard find I have found. She didn't just list my house. She brought it to the market with all of her skills and sold my rental in a little over a week. She followed through with every agent, client. Always kept me in the loop. Her negotiation skills are unmatched. Highly intelligent and invested in your sale all the way. A beautiful person who absolutely loves her job. You will never go wrong with her on your team. My sale took place in Delray, Potomac Yards, Alexandria, VA 22301 in September 2025. I kissed a lot of frogs before I found this gem!
