The closing for myself and my wife for a brand new private home, from start to finish for a NY to SC relocation took all of about 35 business days. Within a little over one month Alicia and her amazing closing team (Michelle), along with her contacts at NAF Fund (Shakelia) and Weeks & Irvine went above and beyond to help ensure that our closing process went butter smooth. Beyond that, the professionalism of the entire team was 5/5, chef's kiss. These ladies work hard to make something that is already challenging under typical circumstances look easy, & I just want to commend them. Alicia had amazing resources and contacts for nearly every concern, from inspection all the way to closing. I highly recommend using Alicia as your Realtor to help you secure your next home! I have never met a more patient person that took the time to educate me on the process, helped me build out a financial plan to improve my credit, and allowed me the time and space I needed.
