Working with Ericka was an absolute blessing. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of nerves going into this process, but she made everything feel smooth and manageable from day one. Her negotiation skills are next level—I didn’t even realize some of the perks she secured for me until after the deal was done! She fought for me behind the scenes and never made it about ego, just results. Even after closing, she was still there to answer questions and check in, which meant the world. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better guide through this journey.

I connected with Erika earlier this year to refer her a friend of mine who was purchasing in the DMV area. We spoke, agreed on a 25% referral fee if she was able to work with them, and I then connected her with my friend. After a brief follow-up, communication stopped. When I reached out for updates, Erika informed me that she was working with my referral and showing them homes but had decided to allocate the referral fee to another agent instead. Despite my having made the introduction, she did not honor the agreement, offer a split, or attempt to resolve the matter. Because of this experience, I would caution other agents to use discretion before sending referrals her way.
