Marcus was an outstanding realtor from start to finish during the sale of our home in Germantown this past November. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. His guidance, attention to detail, and market expertise helped us feel confident every step of the way, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Marcus was always available to answer questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and genuinely cared about getting the best result for our family. We highly recommend Marcus to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Patrick was amazing to work with: professional, responsive, and such a huge help when we were searching for our first commercial property. He always gave us his honest feedback, and made some tough negotiations go that much more smoothly. We also got to work with Fernando post-closing who has been a delight, checking in and helping our coordination with contractors go smoothly. Thank you Patrick and Fernando!

My agent Bahar Dowlatshahi was so amazing to work with. She communicated closely with me every step of the journey and worked tirelessly to ensure that my property was best positioned to sell, especially in a difficult market. As a first time seller, I had many questions all of which Bahar was always available to help me navigate comfortably. She puts her clients first and the passion, dedication, patience, and support that she brings to her work makes the real estate experience extraordinary. I would work with her again in a heartbeat and will highly recommend her to anyone!

One Street Company is a true gem. Ive had the pleasure of working with them for almost 3 years. When barriers came up they worked through them. When I felt like giving up they called me and said ok let's try this again. Melanie and the team explained the process as many times as needed. They listened to what I was looking for and thought of things that I didnt think of that would be beneficial. Melanie was not just trying to sell me anything but looked out for possible issues that would not benefit my family financially or safety wise. This process was tedious but I finally closed on a home and hopefully this is my forever home and I dont have to go through this process again LOL. BUT if for some reason I do, One Street is who I would call first.

I would not recommend working with this company based on my experience. In particular, my interactions with Penny Lagis were disappointing. I found her to be unprofessional, impatient, and dismissive when I asked legitimate questions as a client. Throughout the process, it often felt as though my concerns were not being taken seriously, and there were instances where communication became confrontational rather than helpful. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask questions and expect respectful, professional responses. Additionally, I observed behavior that I felt was inappropriate in a professional setting, including smoking in front of clients. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations for customer service, professionalism, or client support.
