This is our first season with Ready Set Sports, and we’re loving it! My son plays basketball and my daughter is one of the cheerleaders, and today was their very first game - it was so much fun! Both kids were nervous at first, but the league and everyone involved have been so welcoming and supportive, making them feel comfortable and excited to participate. Highly recommend RSS for a positive, family-friendly experience!

This is hands down the best basketball league for kids. Not only do they learn the sport but they have a unique experience. The atmosphere is encouraging while also being competitive. The gym is normally filled with parents and family members cheering and laughing and really having a great time. Also, I volunteer coach my kids teams and the experience and bond I get to have with them during this time is unforgettable. I’ve met so many other great parents coaching their kids as well. Really is an amazing family atmosphere. The unique experience I mentioned earlier was this past weekend my kid had the opportunity to play on the Wizards court before the actual NBA game. He was also selected to stand with the players during the national anthem. Jordan Poole, Tyus Jones, Daniel Gafford and the other players really made it special by interacting with the kids. Simply put it’s the best league in the DMV.

Ready Set Sport for is awesome Jr NBA Basket league. With two boys in the sport, it is good for them and convenient for us. They also provide small group training. We are invited, as. League to attend NBA and WNBA games. This past Friday, my boys attended Wizards vs Heat game. They played on the Capitol Arena’s court with and against league members, stood next to NBA players during the National Anthem, and had an appearance on the Dance CAM. They were super excited saying, it was the BEST DAY!

New to the area and wasn't sure what basketball opportunities existed but very pleased to have stumbled across their website. My son joined the winter league a year ago and has been playing basketball with RSS since. As a first-time player, it has been great to watch him progress each season. 😊

Coach Jay is very approachable, hard-working, helpful and encouraging, thus making my son to be better each and every day. His effort is very fruitful and my son loves Ready-Set-Sports very much. His basket programs are very well run. Coach Jay was able to secure a Half-Time game for my son at the WNBA at Mystics Arena in D.C which is a plus. I would recommend him to all parents and their children to enroll in his basketball programs.
