Jason was a fantastic, highly effective real estate agent to work with while buying my property in Northeast DC. He is a strong negotiator, client-focused, brings local market knowledge and data to the table, and is patiently strategic. We looked at many houses and had to back out of a deal before getting to the right one, and Jason proved he wasn't afraid to walk away from a deal that didn't make sense. He brings a unique combination of deep local knowledge and strong financial/investor acumen. Most importantly, he always pointed out when we needed to bring in an outside expert to look closer at an issue. He was available, strategic, flexible, and on my side. Would recommend!

We hired Jason to assist us with selling our mother's home; and we were very pleased with the service he provided. He walked us through the home and pointed out areas, if updated, might improve the showing of the home. He had professional contractors available who assisted us with some of the upgrades, and he managed their work to ensure the work was completed as expected and in a timely manner. He used comps, data analytics, and his expertise to walk us through coming up with a price for the home as well as managed the open houses and follow-ups with buyer realtors to answer questions, track decision-making, and evaluate purchase contracts. He meticulously provided status updates throughout the process and acted timely to assure we reached closing as expected. At times, I was overwhelmed with the handling of my mother's estate; but had full confidence in Jason to manage the sale of her home and to keep me up to date at each step along the way.
