I’ve been living in Occoquan for two years, and every time I pass by this adorable little shop, I tell myself I need to stop in—but never had the chance. Today, I finally did! They’re usually closed when I walk by, but for some reason the owner was there today—and she was incredibly warm and welcoming. I ordered the Nutta Butta Shake, and it was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and packed with nutty goodness. The shop itself is super cute, the smoothie was amazing, and the owner made the experience even better. I definitely recommend stopping by—you won’t regret it!

Absolutely the best that you can get for your health, taste, and good mood. This place is magically healing, the lady is very sweet and helpful with choosing the product. We have tried 2 sea moss smoothies, we bought a jar of full-spectrum sea moss, burdock root tea, and toothpaste. Everything is the best quality. You can choose herbal tea according to your issue in a catalog of herbs inspired by Dr. Sebi. There is plenty of jewelry, self-care, books, etc. The kid's corner is available too. Last but not least: the smoothies are the bomb! We tried the Berry Beauty and the one with papaya and pineapple, I think it's called tropical island, both with extra sea moss added in. There are 3 smoothies with ice cream, which is plant-based and without sugar, so if you like something more like a milkshake, go for these, you will surely love it. I love that atmosphere there and the message, so far the best and first sea moss spot south of the Potomac river!!!

This was my first visit to this mom and daughter business filled with self love that radiates to their customers. Looking and feeling your best are 2 of my takeaways. There are herbs to support your health and they are very knowledgeable which herbs to suggest based on what you’re trying to accomplish. They offer other wellness products as well, including sea moss, handmade skin care, books, incense, and more. I definitely recommend a visit any time you’re in old Occoquan.
