We worked with Laron when we faced some difficulties with our rental property. He was extremely tentative to all of our needs in regards to our turnover we were deeply in need of. He was able to take care of the paint, have all the carpets cleaned and was even as detailed of cleaning all the grout through the tile of our home. The home feels refreshed with his cleaning service that he provided. The exterior was also power washed and he took care of landscaping, both in the front and back of the home. We really appreciate Laron for helping make this turn over cost-effective and in a timely manner. The landscape maintenance is still continuing, which we are also very appreciative of.
Dealing with Laron has been an extremely pleasant experience. He has a ton of knowledge that allowed us to pick out our materials through his selection process that really made things easy.
Our kitchen was extremely outdated and his team has really given us a finished kitchen behind our expectations.
We really do appreciate you Laron and your team at EvenRights Builders .
We recently hired this company to paint our kitchen cabinets, upstairs cabinets, and our entire stair railing, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They did an absolutely amazing job! Every detail was handled with care, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. The team was thorough, kind, and incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. It’s clear they take great pride in their craft. On top of that, the owner is an incredibly nice person, which made the experience even better. We will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend EvenRights Builders! From start to finish, the professionalism and quality of service exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, reliable, and completed the job in a timely manner while staying on schedule throughout the entire project.
The entire crew was professional, well-presented, and respectful. They communicated with me every step of the way, keeping me informed about the progress and making sure I always knew what to expect. One thing I especially appreciated was receiving daily photos of the work completed, which gave me peace of mind and demonstrated their commitment to transparency.
If you're looking for a contractor who values professionalism, communication, and quality workmanship, EvenRights Builders is an excellent choice. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

I’m not one to write reviews but this has been my worst experience working with any professional and I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what we went through.
We never asked for anything more than what we paid for and what was agreed to in our contract. My partner and I have experienced constant negligence, unprofessionalism of all variations, and a heavy weight/burden from this project with Laron.
- Laron did not honor the portion of our contract that stated he would install expansion padding between the foundation of the house as well as the existing patio to avoid voiding any warranties.
- The agreed completion date of the project was August 14th, 2025 - September 5th, 2025. They poured August 28th. Within 4 hours of the pour, there were 7 concrete tiles with cracks (big and small). The re-pour to fix them did not take place until October 28th, 2025 - 2 months after the initial pour.
- His contract also states he is to "remove all debris and surplus materials of it’s own making from the site” and leave it in “broom clean condition.” - It is now December 9th, 2025 and the debris is still on the property (rusted rebar, excess chunks of concrete, miscellaneous trash, excess dirt, etc.)
This whole project was us pulling teeth. We had to contact him using different phone numbers just to get a hold of him since he would not respond to my partners texts/calls.
Since November 3rd we’ve reached out multiple times requesting for the debris to be removed. Each time, he said he would stop by the house, so as usual we had set aside time for his arrival and he no call no showed each time.
We put up with him using foul language, being unresponsive, deceptive, etc., all in hopes to finally end this project and move on. But unfortunately the project hasn’t ended with the fulfillment we had hoped. To this day, Laron has still not laid his own eyes on our project since the re-pour (October 28th).
Do NOT recommend.
