Mark and Delinda went over and beyond for my father to receive home care. They communicated effectively and gave me a sense of relief that many people need when their elderly parents receiving care. They both assured me they would take care of everything every step of the way. And both did exactly that. Thank you so much your services are commendable !!!!!

This past March, my sister Jessie began this process because she urgently needed support. From the very beginning, there was a complete lack of communication. I left at least two messages every week requesting updates, yet the office never returned a single call. In May, I was told the government had changed systems and no one had been trained on the new platform. Then it became an issue about needing a physical signature. It was always something new — one barrier after another — and never any real help. I was eventually given the supervisor’s name, Roger, who then directed me to the operations manager, Elizabeth. I called, I emailed, and still no one responded. At the beginning of July, my sister was admitted to the hospital for the third time. I left my final message, pleading for someone to provide an update. Only then did Mrs. Elizabeth call to say Jessie had finally been approved. But on July 24th, my sister died. Your office demonstrated no urgency, no accountability, and no genuine concern for the people who depend on you. If this is the level of care you provide, you should close your doors. You failed Jessie, and you failed us.

This correspondence is in reference to my visit to your establishment. I had quite a situation in regards to my husband, Richard King, who has been paralyzed for six years now. We have had many situations where we were not able to receive services promised. Upon speaking to Mr. Mark Bush in September, finally, we had direction. Mr. Bush was knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient. A plan was facilitated and my husband is now enrolled in a program and is receiving services for his condition! Our family is extremely thankful to Mr. Bush for executing a plan for our husband and father. Thank you, Mr. Bush for caring! 03/05/2026

A Step Above Case Management – Truly Living Up to Their Name I want to share my heartfelt gratitude and admiration for the outstanding work A Step Above Case Management has been doing in supporting my 94-year-old mother. From start to where we are now, the experience has been nothing short of remarkable. Their team has consistently demonstrated unwavering professionalism, empathy, and diligence throughout the entire process. Even when we encountered a few bumps along the way, they never lost focus or momentum. That level of resilience and commitment speaks volumes about the strength of their leadership and the culture they’ve built within the organization. Once we cleared the hurdle of Medicaid approval, the transition from our home to her PCH was handled with exceptional care and precision. What has impressed me most is that every single person I’ve interacted with—whether in case management, administration, or any other division—has treated us with respect, kindness, and professionalism. I may not know all their names, but each individual has left a lasting positive impression. It genuinely feels like every part of the organization is aligned toward one goal: ensuring the best possible outcome for my mother. Too often, companies only hear from clients when something goes wrong. I believe it’s just as important to share positive feedback with the same passion. This team deserves to be celebrated for their excellence, and I wanted to make sure it was said publicly. Thank you to everyone involved for your continued dedication. Ms. Annie has built a wonderful rapport with my elderly mother, treating her with genuine warmth, respect, and compassion.
