Polombia is such a creative and delicious spot! The Kiełbasa Perro was packed with flavor, the kolaczki were delicious, and the empierogi were absolutely amazing. Every dish had the perfect mix of Polish and Colombian flavors. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and definitely a place worth visiting again!

Wonderful food and staff! I happened across one of their pop ups and was not disappointed! Would highly recommend to catch them if you can't reach this spot! I got their perogies topped with short rib and an amazing keilbasa on the side. Fusion food is always the best and you can tell it was made from the heart. Highly recommend!

I had been hearing about this fusion restaurant for a while and when I finally had a Chicago trip coming up, on my last day, I decided to go for lunch. I checked their IG and website for their hours and headed off to explore. When I arrived at the food court, I found the location shuttered. I sent a message on IG letting them know to update their opening hours and mentioned how disappointed I was. I got a response right away and after chatting for a bit, they offered to come in, open up the location and prepare food for me! This is exemplary customer service and ensures that I will recommend this place to anyone visiting Chicago. Also, the food was delicious!

After reading the creative menu I got excited an ordered 3 items from Doordash for $40. It's frustrating bc you cant leave order notes or choose chicken arepas or the flavor or soda or cookies you want. Even the 'dessert of the day' is a mystery! Emparogis were terrible and I expected shredded meat inside but it was savory mush and a hard (stale?) exterior. Luckily I chose the short rib on the side and will make 2 🥪 from it. I couldve sworn their website describes these differently than Doordash (see pics)! Salsipapa(?) Potatoes are decent but lacked bite--crunchier potatoes and salt plus strong sauce would make this amazing. The polish sausage was avg, also bc lack of taste in toppings. I ate half bc I was hungry. I got my hopes up BUT I'm willing to try the arepa, juices and cookies --in person, when I cab choose which--before making my mind up about this place. I really wanted to like it!

I ordered the short rib same as the screenshot reviewed, but received dry meat. They were not seasoned, no salt so sauce. at least potato does not have any taste.
